HOW DO YOU SEE AURAS?

In general most people are never going see auras in an ongoing basis for one reason or another. Many do see glimpses and we generally feel that this is beneficial because it is confirmation that we are more than the body. Any way that we can experience or validate this to our selves can serve in feeling a type of freedom from the way we see things in ordinary everyday life.

Seeing Auras is done with an aspect of ourselves that is not entirely our eyes. In a sense it seems like periferal vision as the eyes become relaxed and a deeper sixth sense of seeing comes into focus. One way to help train ourselves to do this is to use the image below.

Focus on the dot for 20 seconds or so and see if you can get it to arrive in the middle of a circle. The red circle on the left will overlap with the blue circle on the right. Once again note that this exercise is simply to get the normal way we see things out of the way and relax the vision.

Now try to cross the circle without the dot in the middle. It is important to relax your eyes out into the space behind the circles.
